Online Entries open in March, for 2020 Festival

If you are entering our 2020 Festival, you will be able to select your classes from our online system from week commencing the 16th March.

All classes will be live, for all Festival sections, and it is much easier to enter online. You can access the system here.

You should have received a copy of our syllabus by now, but if you haven’t, you can find a copy here. The closing date is not until September 30th, so there is plenty of time to enter.

Bel Canto Choir at RWB Arts Festival

We are delighted to have caught the attention of the Swindon Advertiser again:

Royal Wootton Bassett Arts Festival is marking its 15th year with a new home and with a brand new set of classes for dancers.

For many years the event has attracted hundreds of entries from all over the area for its music, speech and drama categories.

And this year they will be heading for The Deanery in Wichelstowe.

RWB Arts Festival Highlights Concert and Syllabus Launch

You are cordially invited to the Royal Wootton Bassett Arts Festival Highlights Concert and Syllabus Launch on Friday 7th February 2020, at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

The RWB Arts Festival will be celebrating the talent of the performers at the Festival last autumn with performances including Piano, Acting, Choral, Verse Speaking and much more. This is a special awards evening where we will be joined by the Mayor of Royal Wootton Bassett.

The RWB Arts Festival Committee would be delighted to have the pleasure of your company on the evening. We truly value all the teachers and organisations that enter our Festival so admission is free of charge.

Swindon Advertiser on Coral Rumble’s upcoming visit

An award winning poet will be making an appearance at Royal Wootton Bassett Arts Festival this weekend.

The festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary and has invited Coral Rumble along.

Coral has had three poetry collections published and won the Caterpillar Poetry Prize for her poem Mustafa’s Jumper.

She has appeared on TV and radio and featured in 150 anthologies.

During her time there she will be judging the poetry competitions, running a workshop for children and signing books for fans.
